Then, head over to the young naturalist camping area, cook food on a "campfire", and explore using field guides for animals that one might see on a camping trip. Feeling the urge to feed some of the animals’ springtime is the perfect time to head over and feed the sea lions - they just love the attention too. Weekends are an ideal time to visit as you can chat live with the zookeepers and learn how they care for the animals. Maybe even find out what your favorite animal does when you're not there. Stops may include Salina, Lindsborg, Nicodemus, Lucas, Hays, Victoria, Dodge City, Garden City, Mullinville, Goessel, Council Grove, among others
Because Kansas residents often feel that people from Johnson County know nothing about the rest of the state, the trip is intended to help JCCC faculty and staff better understand the state in which they live or work. Tours of historic sites, meetings with community leaders, and targeted readings give participants a much greater understanding of what it means to be a Kansan. |

For more than 45 years Pink Jeep Tours has been providing the most talked about off-road adventures in the Southwest. It all started in Sedona when a local businessman named Don Pratt would take potential clients into the surrounding area to show them real estate. Broken Arrow Estates at Morgan Road was one of thirteen subdivisions Don was responsible for developing.

de la Houssaye's Swamp Tours is owned and operated by Marcus de la Houssaye, a life-long resident of South Louisiana who has extensive real-world experience that has acquainted him with many aspects of Louisiana's swamps and marshlands. Over the course of his lifetime he has learned to appreciate the delicate and precious wilderness ecology of these areas and has worked to impart his knowledge and experience to others; guiding tours in the Cypress Island Swamp, the Atchafalaya Basin, and the Louisiana marshlands for most of the last twenty years. He currently conducts regular tours of Lake Martin and the Cypress Island Swamp, located just east of Lafayette, Louisiana, and occasionally makes himself available for custom tours elsewhere.
