Mike's Furniture Store is a furniture store with ready-made pieces, finished or unfinished. There are many colors of products for you to choose from with our color matching chart. The Paul Weise Furniture Company. Located on the corner of Farwell and Albion Streets on Milwaukee’s East Side, it presently occupies the same site that it was founded on 1886. Restoration Hardware was born of frustration. The year was 1979 and our founder, Stephen Gordon, was restoring his Queen Anne Victorian house in Eureka, California. After spending endless days tracking down missing bits and pieces of authentic period hardware, lighting fixtures and finishes, Gordon found there were a lot of people with the same problems. He sensed a need in the marketplace, found his true calling in life, and opened the first Restoration Hardware store in his home in 1980.
