Michigan College of Beauty, one of the first Pivot Point member schools, was founded in 1965 by Mr. Armand Dagenais. Mr. Armand, a hairstylist and salon owner, dedicated himself to providing the best training possible for individuals entering the beauty industry. Michigan College of Beauty is licensed by State of Michigan Board of Cosmetology. Our free standing main building was built in 1988, has 11,000 square feet of space, and is designed and equipped for Cosmetology, Manicuring, and Esthetics training. Additional 7,000 square feet of classroom space, located ¼ mile from the main building, was constructed in 2001. Both facilities are handicap accessible.

Holding true to the renowned reputation in the industry, Sal Vitale and Angela Agrusa set a high standard for their personally trained staff. These professionals have been trained in hair design, nail services, skin care, make-up artistry, masage and body treatments. These well-trained stylists are members of Americoif of Detroit and Intercoiffure North America , both internationally known organizations for the elite.
