St. Louis Mills, is a shopping center in Hazelwood, Missouri, just off of Route 370. When it opened in November 2003, it had over 200 specialty shops and 8 anchor stores. It is a venture investment by developer and former owner, Mills Corporation that offers many retail stores and entertainment attractions. The newest addition to the Mills is a 130,000-square-foot Cabela's store that opened on April 13, 2007. Also in April 2007, The Mills Corp. merged into Simon Property Group; St. Louis Mills is their only property in the St. Louis area. In November The Children's Place opened, replacing Off 5th Saks Fifth Avenue, while also taking out one of the mall's side entrances making it a Children's Place Superstore. Source

University Mall is a two-story shopping mall located in Orem, Utah. Opening for business in March, 1973, It was named due to its close proximity to Brigham Young University even though now it is even closer to Utah Valley University. Flatiron Crossing Mall is a shopping mall owned by Macerich Property Group in Broomfield, Colorado. It has many shops, including Abercrombie and Fitch, Hollister, American Eagle, Apple, Dicks Sporting Goods, and Aeropostale. It also has a large food court and outdoor shopping center. It has a sandbox and play area for children, and many hang-out spots for teens and young adults. It also includes many kiosks outside of the shops that have a variety of items to buy. The mall includes several water features outside; one a 30 foot natural waterfall and a smaller pond feature outside the food court.
The FlatIron Crossing mall is one of three shopping venues in the FlatIron Improvement District, which operates the free Zip Shopping Shuttle. The Zip connects shoppers and employees with FlatIron Marketplace and Mainstreet at FlatIron. The Zip also connects with local and RTD regional bus routes. Hamilton Place is an enclosed, two-story shopping mall in Chattanooga, Tennessee. It was the largest shopping mall in the state of Tennessee when it opened in 1987. The original anchors were Belk, Hess's, Parisian, Proffitt's, Regal Cinemas and Sears. A JCPenney store was added later. Currently, Hamilton Place comprises more than 150 stores and restaurants. Current anchor stores include JCPenney, Sears, as well as two locations each for Belk and Dillard's. Regal Cinemas closed in late 2007 and will be replaced with a Barnes and Noble that will open in fall 2008. Hamilton Place Mall has also announced a $100 million expansion which will include two parking garages, a lifestyle center, and other renovations inside and outside the existing mall. To pay for the expansion, CBL proposes an additional half-percent to 1 percent fee added to any purchase made at the mall or at five other CBL centers within a one-mile radius of Hamilton Place, company officials said. The other locations are Gunbarrel Pointe, Hamilton Corner, Hamilton Crossing, The Shoppes at Hamilton Place and The Terrace. Source
