The expansion has not yet been finalized, but rather speculation has been surfacing the South Jersey Region. One section of the mall, Seoul Plaza, includes Korean shops, restaurants and the New Light African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church. Flatiron Crossing Mall is a shopping mall owned by Macerich Property Group in Broomfield, Colorado. It has a sandbox and play area for children, and many hang-out spots for teens and young adults. It also includes many kiosks outside of the shops that have a variety of items to buy.
