University Mall is a two-story shopping mall located in Orem, Utah. Opening for business in March, 1973, It was named due to its close proximity to Brigham Young University even though now it is even closer to Utah Valley University. Anchor stores include, Macy's (formerly ZCMI; then Meier & Frank), Mervyn's, Nordstrom, and The Sports Authority. The mall is owned, managed and leased out by Woodbury Corporation. Greenville Mall is a shopping mall located in Greenville, North Carolina which has over 500,000 square feet. It is located at the corner of Greenville and Arlington Boulevards.
Greenville Mall was originally built as a strip center named Pitt Plaza. The center was enclosed in the 1980s as a response to construction of Carolina East Mall and named The Plaza. It was subsequently renamed Colonial Mall Greenville when purchased by Colonial Properties Trust. The purchase of the mall by GG&A in 2007 resulted in the name being changed to Greenville Mall. Source
